POP-UP EVENT

This group project aimed to increase Kate Spade’s brand awareness and broaden the target audience. This project included an extensive overall brand analysis, competitor analysis, and SWOT analysis. In addition, the project includes the footfall, product assortment, and various costs for the entire production of the event. The purpose was to create a Pop-Up event focusing on Kate Spade’s summer handbag collection and finding a location that matched the energy of the brand and would also bring in a new type of consumer.
