RETAIL REINVENTION

This was a group project aimed at picking a notable retailer in need of a reinvention regarding its marketing tactics and strategy to broaden the overall brand awareness and target market. The project entails a full brand analysis of Nordstrom including financial history, competitors, SWOT analysis, and the current target market. The second half of the project entails a new marketing strategy including an influencer campaign featuring mock-ups of how the collaboration would look like through multiple channels.
